Chris Canavaggio

Is a musician, composer, arranger and producer.

 

Born and living in Paris he played guitar in many different 80's rock Bands.  Sounds of Rolling Stones, Beach Boys, Delta Blues and also classical and film music such as Ennio Morricone, Lalo Schifrin, John Barry, were a major influence.

 

He moved to England in the 90's worked with artists and bands from rock to electronica scene, collaborating with Rob Marche and Simon Fish members from The Gun Club, Earl Brutus, Danny Briottet from Renegade Sound Wave, Nick Sanderson (World of Twist, Jesus and Marychain, The Gun Club).

 

Back to Paris, he became a founding member of "Grand Tourism" with Sean Henry, where his combined talents as composer, musician, producer and arranger were revealed in the hit single « Les Courants d’air » Featuring Terry Callier.

Sean Henry

Born in Paris , started his career as an assistant engineer in the famous "Gimmick" recording studio.

 

Since he was a kid he always had a passion for everything related to sound and music technology.

 

He was always fascinated by British produtions such as the Beatles , U2 , Police , and the older ones from America : Elvis, Phil Spector's Produtions , The Beach Boys etc.

 

So after recording prestigious artists of diverse style namely Sting , Cesaria Evora , Mudbone Cooper, Mirwais, "M", Steve Hillage.

 

He became in 1997 a member of critically acclaimed band "Grand Tourism"

 

In 2003 together founded their own recording studio to push forward creativity in music for TV series , Sex & the City, Six Feet Under (HBO) Central Nuit, Trafics (France 2) documentaries (Channel 5, France 3) and many commercials for Publicis, Young & Rubicam ...
